Overview
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer returns and refunds under the terms below.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
Some heavy machinery, special-order, or custom-built items may not be eligible for return.
To start a return, contact our team at sales@utahforkliftcompanyltd.com with your order number and reason for return.
Please do not send any items back before receiving approval.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a shipping error or a defective product.
For forklifts and large equipment, return freight arrangements must be coordinated with our logistics team.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Deductions may apply if items are returned damaged or missing parts not due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Special order or custom-built forklifts and attachments
Electrical or hydraulic parts that have been installed or used
Clearance or “as-is” items
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Provide clear photos of the issue so we can assist you quickly with a replacement or refund.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment for a full refund.
If the item has already shipped, the standard return policy will apply.
