Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer reliable shipping options across Utah and nationwide within the United States.
Estimated delivery times:
Local (within Utah): 2–5 business days
National (outside Utah): 5–10 business days
Please note: delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier service.
Freight & Heavy Equipment Shipping
For forklifts and other heavy machinery, freight shipping is required.
We partner with trusted logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Customers will receive a freight quote before finalizing their order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
You can use the tracking number provided to follow your shipment’s progress online.
Delivery Inspection
Upon delivery, please inspect your order for any damage or missing parts before signing the delivery receipt.
If you notice any damage, refuse delivery or note it with the carrier immediately and contact us within 24 hours.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within the United States only.
We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Delays
While we strive for prompt delivery, unforeseen events such as weather, customs inspections, or carrier delays may affect shipping times.
